Delivery policy

What you receive

• A private web address for your page, on our domain, which you can share with whoever it was made for.
• A QR code for the same address, downloadable as PNG or SVG.
• A separate private management link that lets you edit, renew or permanently delete the page without an account or a password.
• If you chose the page-and-song bundle, one original generated recording added to the page, with play and download controls.

When it arrives

Your page address is shown on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can open and share it from that screen straight away.

We also email the page link and the private management link to the address you gave at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment. Payment confirmations occasionally take longer to reach us — UPI in particular — so if the email has not arrived within a few hours, contact us at hello@fondtale.com and we will send it again.

For a page-and-song bundle, the page is delivered first. The recording is normally added within ten minutes and we send a second email when it is ready. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact hello@fondtale.com; we will retry it or refund the song portion under the refund policy.

If a payment succeeded and no page was created, tell us and we will either deliver the page or refund you in full. See the refund policy.

How long it stays up

Hosting runs for 365 days — 1 year, renewable — from the moment the page is published, not from the moment you started making it. We email you before it lapses so you can renew it. We do not sell permanent hosting.

The free tier stays up for 7 days.

Delivery charges

None. The price shown at checkout is the total, and nothing is added for delivery.
